These cinnamon rolls are my very favorite, they are soooo yummy! Instead of cinnamon and raisin I tweaked the recipe a bit and made them Orange cinnamon rolls half the batche has orange cherry craisins in them sooo good. Heres the Recipe: 2 1/4c. warm water, 1 envelope active dry yeast, 1 yellow cake mix, 1Tbls. grated orange rind, 5c. flour, Filling: 8oz. cream cheese softened, 1/2c. sugar, 1 1/2Tbls. grated orange rind. Frosting: 1c. powder sugar, 2Tbls. orage juice. Directions: Mix water and yeast together with a wisk in a loarge bowl. Whisk caked mix into yeast water. Mix in orange rind. Stir in flour one cup ar a time. Let dough stand in bowl in a draft- free olace 45 min. Knead enough to punch down and roll an 18x10 inch. rectangle. add small amount of flour if needed during process.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and orange rind together.
